It is precision-machined to pair with standard #50 roller chain (5/8" pitch) and features 12 teeth. It is engineered with a "W" type center bore, requiring a matching W-series weld-on hub (sold separately) to achieve your target shaft alignment.

  • High-Strength Steel Construction: Formed from flat-plate carbon steel tailored for high weldability, ensuring a uniform, reliable bond to the hub that handles intense thermal and operational stresses.
  • Optimized Tooth Profiles: Engineered to strict ANSI guidelines to provide clean, seamless chain engagement, minimal frictional wear, and low operating noise.
  • Universal Brand Compatibility: Conforms to strict structural standards for a precise cross-interchange across leading mechanical drive brands such as Agri Supply, SpeeCo, Amec, and Surplus Center.
Common Industry Applications
This small, high-torque sprocket rim is widely utilized across agricultural equipment (such as small grain augers, spreaders, and utility elevators), light manufacturing conveyors, custom prototype machinery repairs, and power transmissions requiring compact, robust reduction links.
